I'm the kitty in the front. I think our beartank is hidden behind the jumping tauren on the left.

I'm really enjoying the new guild with my bear. We have 2 geared warrior tanks and 2 geared bears, including myself. We're raising an undergeared warrior and bear as well. Since joining them, I've seen 4 bosses in SSC and downed 3 of them. I've been given the chance to MT Lurker, Maulgar and Gruul (well Gruul was mainly being unleashed in a TPS war). Basically I'm a happy bear. :)

Of course, we're still rebuilding after just about all tanks and heals left for the summer, but I think we're going well. We managed to field 6 healers and 5 tanks on Wednesday.

Tonight Team Pink managed to clear Karazhan in about four hours, with only 1 tank and 2 healers. Team Purple fared a little worse, despite having 2 tanks and 3 healers. This caused a bit of drama, mainly because Team Pink had both the GLs (who are a couple) in it. As one put it "this is my day off, I'm only raiding because I want to be and I want to raid with him". Since they're a DPS/healer combination, you wouldn't think this would be a problem, but she ended up having to go DND to stop the whining.

I got the Wildfury Greatstaff (aka: tanking spoon) on Wednesday. Tonight I finally got Garona's Signet Ring, which pushed me back up to the hit cap. I've also picked up a few pieces for offset (aka: I want to play with it, don't DE it). Still no wigglestaff, though. However, judging by tonight's turnout for Badgazhan, I'm pretty sure I'll be going again next week.

Oh and with my recent purchases of Tameless Breeches and Slikk's Cloak of Placation, my bear set is looking pretty badass.

Only two more major badge upgrades left for that set: Handwraps of the Aggressor and Ring of the Stalwart Protector. Think I might get the ring first, as that dodge is quite tasty.

And then it's the beginning of the cat set grind. I think I have another 600 badges slotted for that set. Since I'm pulling in about 5 a day if I do a heroic, plus an extra 5-6 per raid night, and 22 from Badgazhans, it shouldn't take too horribly long. (That's about 72-75 badges on a successful/busy week.) And my cat set goals are close to second or third best in slot, so it's worth waiting the 8-ish weeks to fill that out. :)

Oh did I mention that we had Heroic Botanica as the daily twice in a row this week? Yay for easy badges!
